How to Apply for Community Grants

The promise of Susan G. Komen® is to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to find the cures. Komen Maryland funds non-duplicative, community-based  breast cancer screening, diagnostic, and treatment projects for  medically underserved populations in Maryland (except Montgomery and Prince George’s counties).

Applications will be accepted for breast cancer screening, treatment, or support projects starting in August, 2017. Projects that specifically address the objectives outlined in the “Funding Priorities” in the application will be given priority.

All requests for science research funding should be directed to the National Susan G. Komen® Grants Program. More information on research funding is available at
